Group Reservation Policy

We are excited that you have considered a bicycle adventure through Glenwood Canyon for your group. You will not be disappointed! The spectacular paved trail that winds through the canyon, along the Colorado River offers fun for all abilities. Group reservations are not new to our business, but often take special handling. With a fleet of over 100 bikes, Canyon Bikes can meet the needs of most requests. While we do our best to offer competitive pricing we also insist on a few associated requirements. Please review conditions below.

· We require a minimum of 10 riders to qualify for the 10% discount.
· A $50.00 deposit is required. This deposit is 100% refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of service.
· We will need a Group Reservation Sheet with rider details returned back to us as soon as possible so that we can have the appropriate size bikes reserved for your group.
· Your reservations will only be entered and confirmed once we receive your group reservation sheet and deposit.
· We will then contact you about specific details concerning traveling directions, check-in, shuttle departure times or any special needs for your group.
